The Sierra Medical Center, part of Northern Nevada Health System, seeks a Program Manager - Trauma to lead trauma data management, performance improvement, and staff education. This full-time RN leadership role involves concurrent chart reviews, registry maintenance, and coordinating referrals to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Nevada RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS/ENPC within 12 months of hire.
• Experience in trauma and hospital performance improvement preferred.
• Knowledge of patient care across age groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform concurrent trauma chart reviews to assess medical necessity and data entry.
• Monitor trauma patients along the care continuum and support protocol development.
• Analyze trauma data, identify trends, and report to committees and leadership.
• Provide trauma education to staff and the community using data-informed content.
• Oversee data collection, coding, and registry design to support improvement.
