Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; Bachelor’s degree or plan to complete.
• Current State of Texas nursing license; PALS or ENPC certification.
• Five years of trauma care and three years of progressive supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trauma department operations and monitor care quality across hospitalization.
• Develop performance improvement projects and provide education as needs are identified.
• Collaborate with Trauma Service to conduct multidisciplinary case reviews and ensure designation/verification.
