Job summary

Parkwest Medical Center, Covenant Health’s flagship facility in West Knoxville, seeks a Trauma Program Manager to lead and coordinate a comprehensive trauma program across the care continuum. You will work with the Trauma Medical Director and leadership to advance care quality and verification readiness.

The role requires a BSN with 3–5 years of nursing experience, TN RN licensure, and a track record in quality improvement and education.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
• Current unrestricted RN license in TN; trauma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the trauma program.
• Collaborate with Trauma Medical Director to set priorities and improve care.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary trauma services across the continuum.
• Develop and maintain trauma policies, protocols, and clinical pathways.
• Oversee trauma registry operations and reporting.
• Support injury prevention initiatives and EMS collaboration.
