Progeny Human Resource Solutions seeks a Registered Nurse Director of Trauma Program in Florida for a full-time leadership role overseeing the trauma program. Lead strategic planning, operational efficiency, and care coordination across the trauma continuum to improve patient outcomes.

You will drive performance improvement, maintain data integrity in the trauma registry, and ensure compliance with verification processes while protecting patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent acute care Trauma Leadership experience.
• BLS/Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse) license required.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes for monitoring and improving the financial performance and resource utilization of the Trauma Center.
• Perform strategic planning and coordinate optimal care of trauma patients across the care continuum.
• Coordinate efforts between local and regional trauma systems.
• Monitor clinical processes, outcomes, and system issues related to the quality of care provided.
• Develop quality filters, audits, and case reviews to identify trends and events.
• Design the trauma registry to facilitate performance improvement activities, trend reports, and research while protecting confidentiality.
• Manage the processes for verification and re-verification for the Trauma Center.
