Qualifications

• RN license active in the state of practice.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes to monitor financial performance and resource utilization of the Trauma Center.
• Coordinate strategic planning for optimal trauma care across the care continuum.
• Coordinate efforts between local and regional trauma systems.
• Monitor clinical processes, outcomes, and system issues affecting quality of care.
