Job summary

Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Hospital in Panama City, FL is seeking an experienced trauma services professional to join our team. You will consult with the care team, develop and maintain quality improvement initiatives, and oversee trauma registry reporting to support patient outcomes.

The role requires a nursing diploma or active licensure, with day, full-time scheduling at our Panama City campus. Join a large Catholic health system that supports professional development and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with care team members on patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
  • Develop, implement and maintain quality improvement activities including outcome and cost analysis, benchmark data report preparation, trauma registry report preparation and clinical indicators review.
  • Oversee the timely completion, accuracy, and report generation of the trauma registry.
  • Serve as a resource and educator to healthcare team members, patients, families and community organizations regarding trauma.
  • Coordinate and develop community trauma prevention programs, community offerings and clinical education activities.
