The position emphasizes accuracy in QA reporting, participation in outreach, and on-site collaboration with the trauma team within the hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS current.
• TNCC or ATCN certification.
• CEN, CCRN, or TCRN preferred.
• 3–5 years ICU/ED/Trauma experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quality improvement, education, and admin tasks related to clinical progress.
• Utilize National Trauma Data Base quality indicators in trauma care.
• Report quality indicators to the Attending Trauma Surgeon.
• Participate in outreach programs and in-house staff education for trauma care.
• Gather data for Trauma Quality Improvement Program as required by ACS.
