Job summary

MarinHealth is seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator to actively monitor trauma patients from pre-hospital through discharge and drive continuous improvement in care, processes, and outcomes.

The role emphasizes data collection/analysis, chart abstraction, and presenting recommendations to the Trauma Committee. A BSN is required; California RN license and TCRN/ENPC defenses must be obtained within specified windows.

Qualifications

• RN license in California required.
• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• ENPC certification within 180 days; TCRN within 180 days.
• IAMTAC within 30 days; strong data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trauma patients from pre-hospital to discharge to ensure continuity and improve care processes.
• Collect and analyze data; identify trends and recommend action plans.
• Present findings to Trauma Committee and participate in PI activities.
