Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to assess, plan, implement and coordinate trauma care from diagnosis through discharge at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado.

The role requires an RN licensed in Colorado with BLS‑HCP and at least three years of RN experience. This full‑time position is 40 hours weekly, with an hourly pay range of $41.20–$62.17, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS‑HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days of hire.
• Three years relevant RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the assigned trauma program and ensure care meets evidence‑based guidelines.
• Educate patients and family members during hospital stay and after discharge.
• Participate in patient care rounds and collaborate with physicians and nurses.
• Review data and perform quality assurance for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based policies and provider education.
