Henry Ford Health seeks a Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator to identify, verify, and investigate trauma events, guiding improvement projects from pre-hospital to discharge.

Under supervision, you will analyze trends, develop action plans, and lead loop closures, applying ACS resources and quality/safety principles to reduce variability and improve patient outcomes across the trauma program.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or other healthcare-related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years clinical experience with two years in project management, process improvement, or risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, verify, and investigate complications and events involving trauma patients.
• Lead performance improvement and quality assurance activities for the trauma program from pre-hospital to discharge.
• Prepare reports and recommendations; provide education to team members as needed.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to spread successful innovations within the hospital.
