Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience with two years in project management, process improvement or risk management preferred.
• TNCC/ATLS/CTRN/CCRNs preferred; TNCC/ATCN/ATLS certifications preferred with 18 months to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Identify, verify, and investigate complications and events involving trauma patients; analyze trends and lead performance improvement activities.
• Prepare reports and recommendations; provide education to team members as needed; apply continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop action plans and complete loop closure for quality of care and risk issues; spread successful innovations hospital-wide.
