Qualifications

• Able to build relationships with surgeons, hospitals and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory sales objectives and market share goals.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, clinical staff, administrators, and key decision makers.
• Provide intraoperative product support and expertise during procedures.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations and customer education programs.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability for customers.
• Support a 24/7 on-call case coverage model with teammates.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge across Trauma, Reconstruction and Sports Medicine portfolios.
• Identify competitive threats and develop growth strategies.
