Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of medical device sales or surgical product experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of anatomy related to orthopedics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals in the assigned territory.
• Build product knowledge through training and surgeon interactions.
• Represent the company professionally and communicate feedback to product teams.
• Attend meetings, trainings, conventions, and trade shows as directed.
• Maintain inventory and manage loaner sets as needed.
• Develop an annual business plan with quarterly updates.
• Manage travel expenses within budget.
