You will partner with sales leadership, product development, and clinical staff to design curricula that accelerate product adoption and sales performance.

The role requires deep clinical knowledge of orthopedic trauma and joint reconstruction, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enhances the training curriculum to reflect industry trends and advanced technologies in orthopedics.
• Coordinates training courses, including speakers (Sales Managers, Product Development staff, surgeons).
• Manages training agendas and content; lectures and teaches course content upon hire.
• Works with various departments to develop training materials that enhance learning.
