Zusammenfassung

Globus Medical is seeking a Fast Track Associate Trauma Specialist to promote Globus Medical products within policy guidelines. You will leverage product knowledge and surgical techniques to position our offerings ahead of competitors.

You will travel as needed to meet surgeons, attend surgeries and training events, and build relationships with trauma surgeons while ensuring compliance and achieving sales goals.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years medical device sales or B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience within an operating room is a plus.
• Ability to travel as necessary, including nights and/or weekends.
• Willingness to take calls up to 24/7.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of skeletal/orthopedic anatomy.
• Ability to make sales presentations with positive results.

• Gains product knowledge through formal sales training and surgeon programs.
• Attends sales meetings, trainings, conventions, and trade shows as directed.
• Develops knowledge of all Globus Medical products and competitors.
• Provides feedback on product development and market opportunities.
• Develops relationships with key trauma surgeon customers.
• Manages travel expenses within budget.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and codes of conduct.
