Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and document care in the patient record.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practice and participate in shared leadership.
