Job summary

Qualifications

• Board-certified in one of the listed specialties.
• Minimum three years of clinical emergency/trauma care experience.
• Two years of administrative leadership experience.
• ATLS or CALS certification and advanced life support training.
• Ability to lead trauma program development and policy creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write trauma policies, protocols, and practice guidelines.
• Organize and integrate the trauma program with hospital departments.
• Promote collaboration among clinical disciplines in trauma care.
• Provide leadership on trauma privileges and physician reviews.
• Direct performance improvement activities and budget planning.
• Lead trauma program education and research initiatives.
