Job summary

CrossLink Life Sciences, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to become a trauma product expert and drive revenue with surgeons and healthcare professionals in a high-autonomy, field-based role.

You will build and maintain customer relationships, lead trainings for product launches, and expand the customer base while traveling as needed and embracing on-call responsibilities to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years’ experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of demonstrated Orthopedic Trauma sales experience is required.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience that includes cold-calling and converting customers away from competitors.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficient with current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
• Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships (with surgeons and healthcare employees preferred).
• Ability to participate in on-call work and job-related travel, often outside of standard work hours.
• Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable laws and policies.

• Meet and exceed territory sales and market share objectives.
• Provide in-service trainings and customer education events for product launches.
• Research potential customers, identify opportunities, and grow the customer base.
• Provide the highest degree of service and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain deep clinical understanding of products and competitors.
• Be on-call outside standard work hours and travel as needed.
• Be an outstanding teammate and support team goals.
