Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years’ experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of demonstrated Orthopedic Trauma sales experience is required.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience that includes cold-calling and converting customers from competitors.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficient with current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Sell orthopedic products with high intensity, autonomy, and commitment.
• Meet and exceed territory sales and market share objectives in the assigned area.
• Provide in-service trainings and customer education events for product launches.
• Identify potential customers and expand current customer base while maintaining relationships.
• Deliver exceptional service and support to customers consistently.
• Implement sales plans to exceed territory objectives without daily oversight.
• Adhere to policies and SOPs for interaction with healthcare professionals and product handling.
• Develop deep clinical understanding of products and competitors.
• Be on-call outside standard hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Be a collaborative team member prioritizing team needs.
