Qualifikationen

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year experience as a registered nurse.
• In lieu of RN experience: Prisma Health Nurse Residency or comparable residency.
• In lieu of Associate degree: nursing diploma with RN licensure.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting.
• Lead nursing assessment, prioritization, and care planning with the team.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary staff and families.
• Deliver discharge teaching and ensure safety and compliance.
• Document patient care and monitor for changes in condition.
• Support staffing and participate in QA and improvement initiatives.
