Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect data and perform nursing assessments and plan of care.
• Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver direct patient care per established nursing plan.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Document care and communicate changes to the team.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
