Job summary

Trinity Youth Services seeks a Team Support Worker to join our residential team, supervising foster youth aged 13-18 and helping them apply tools to overcome trauma and achieve goals with hope for a brighter future.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and experience in youth services or related fields; a California driver's license is required, with background checks and a clean DMV history. Salary is $17.00 per hour, with Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain line-of-sight supervision of youth focusing on behavior, safety, and well-being.
• Promote growth and development and assist youth in reaching goals per their treatment plan.
• Document behavioral problems, injuries, or accidents with complete reports.
• Use trauma-informed interventions to redirect behavior and build self-control.
• Drive a vehicle and transport youth when necessary.
