Job summary

Family & Children Services, Inc. is looking for individuals to provide individualized residential services to assist youth in stabilizing emotionally and behaviorally. This role involves welcoming youth, implementing treatment plans, and overseeing their daily routines in a supportive and safe environment.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license and experience with youth, and must be able to work varied shifts. Compensation starts at $16.50 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including health insurance and a generous paid time off policy.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries.
• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or a high school degree/GED with two years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Support youth's individualized treatment plans and develop positive relationships.
• Implement Social Emotional Learning and oversee daily routines.
• Conduct monthly meetings with the team and document progress.
