Trinity Youth Services in Yucaipa, CA is hiring a Complex Youth Specialist to supervise and support youth aged 13–18 in a residential setting. You will help youths overcome trauma, track progress, and implement individualized treatment plans.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred Bachelor’s in social sciences or related field. A CA driver’s license and background checks are required; bilingual skills are a plus. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and relevant social services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or child development preferred.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain one-on-one supervision of youth, focusing on behavior and safety.
• Support youth in achieving goals per their treatment plan.
• Document incidents and complete required reports accurately.
• Use Trauma-Informed approaches to guide youth behavior.
• Transport youth when required.

Skills

100+ hours youth work
