Job summary

World Relief seeks a Children & Youth Services Specialist to support immigrant and refugee youth and their families by delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed services that promote academic success, social connection, and long-term integration.

This is a hybrid role with four days in-office and one day from home. The position requires a mature Christian faith, a commitment to our mission, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with immigrant/refugee youth and families.
• Experience with case management, youth programs, or mentorship.
• Proficient in CRM or case management systems (e.g., Dynamics CRM).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate school enrollment and immunization support for newcomer youth.
• Develop Personal Development Plans for youth 15–24.
• Coordinate tutoring, ESL, and program referrals.
• Recruit and support mentors for academic and career development.
• Provide trauma-informed case management and track progress.
