Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. is seeking Per-Diem Residential Counselors in Walpole, MA to support youth with trauma histories. You will be joining a trauma-informed care team that helps youths develop life, coping, and social skills through modeling, counseling, and group activities.

Shifts are 8–10 hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends. CORI/background checks are required, and you may join The Home’s Impact Corps for fellowship and bonuses up to $5,000 upon completion;

Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience working with youth preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of kids.
