Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers in Walpole, MA is seeking part-time Per-Diem Residential Counselors to support youth with trauma histories and development delays. You will work within a trauma-informed care model to teach age-appropriate life, coping, and social skills.

You'll participate in groups and activities, help youth transition back to families, maintain a safe environment, and have opportunities through the Impact Corps fellowship with bonuses up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience working with youth preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of kids.
