Job summary

DCCCA, Inc. in Winfield, KS is seeking a Part-Time Behavioral Interventionist to provide one-on-one services to youth enrolled in the Behavioral Interventionist program, following agency policies and state regulations at all times.

You will work closely with caregivers, document activities within 24 hours, and participate in staff meetings and trainings. Evening and weekend availability is required to support behavioral goals and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Requires high school diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth with elevated behavioral needs.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, fingerprinting and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one services to clients in the Behavioral Interventionist program.
• Maintain strong communication with caregivers to ensure program efficacy and agenda approval.
• Provide direct supervision to the client at all times and assist with daily activities.
• Document shift activities within 24 hours of the shift.
