Plummer Youth Promise is seeking a Housing Coordinator to help young adults locate, secure, and sustain safe housing as they transition toward independence. The role blends direct support, advocacy, case coordination, and community networking to promote long-term housing stability and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Support young adults in identifying and securing safe, stable housing opportunities.
• Maintain a caseload of young adults and conduct regular apartment visits.
• Assist with apartment searches, showings, and communications with landlords and agents.
• Educate on housing applications, tenant rights, budgeting, and independence.
• Assist with move-ins/outs and housing transitions.
• Complete housing safety inspections and maintain documentation.
• Advocate for youths through the housing process.
• Build relationships with landlords, housing authorities, and partners.
• Participate in treatment planning, meetings, and supervision.
• Provide transportation assistance as needed.
• Participate in rotating emergency on-call coverage.
• Assist with minor home repairs to support safe living environments.
