Job summary

Good Shepherd Services, Ltd in New York, NY seeks a Fair Futures Supervisor to lead a team of four Fair Futures Coaches across residential programs. You will provide weekly supervision to support participants' education, employment and vocational goals, and coordinate with the Educational and Permanency Specialists.

You will plan vocational/educational events, build community resources with agencies, and promote the Sanctuary Model commitments to sustain a trauma-informed, nonviolent culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, workforce development, social work, or education.
• Minimum of five years supervisory experience.
• Travel is required; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related data systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to four Fair Futures Coaches in NYC residential programs.
• Provide weekly supervision to address education, employment and vocational needs of participants.
• Collaborate with Fair Futures Educational and Permanency Specialists.
• Review program documentation and progress notes.
• Develop and maintain community resources linking to vocational/educational agencies.
• Plan and execute Fair Futures events and college tours.
• Promote Sanctuary Model commitments to create a trauma-informed culture.
