Job summary

Community Action Pioneer Valley, Inc. is seeking an Adult Career Navigator to provide compassionate case management and goal‑oriented support to adults, including those involved with the criminal justice system, helping them advance toward training and employment.

You will assist with resumes, interview skills, and job searches, while building relationships with area employers and coordinating services with Youth & Workforce Development partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications and transferable skills include HS diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience supporting youth/young adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual support/case management to approximately 15-20 participants.
• Work with participants to complete assessments and set goals.
• Build relationships with community partners and coordinate services.
• Serve as liaison to coordinate opportunities for participants.
• Travel regularly within the service area to Community Action sites and locations.
• Maintain required paperwork, data, and case records with confidentiality.
