Job summary

COMMUNITY ACTION PIONEER VALLEY seeks a Youth/Young Adult Career Navigator to support underserved youth ages 14-22 in education, training, and employment in Greenfield/Northampton. You’ll provide outreach, case management, resume/cover letter help, interview coaching, and coordination with partners to remove barriers.

Non-exempt, 37.5 hours/week with travel across the service area. This role emphasizes equity, data tracking, confidentiality, and collaboration with the Youth & Workforce

Qualifications

• Three years' experience working with youth/young adults.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• CPR/First Aid training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and individual support to 20-25 participants.
• Assist youth in assessments and goal progress.
• Coordinate with community partners and services.
• Maintain confidential case records and data entry.
• Travel to sites across the service area.
