Harmony Hill School is seeking a Residential Youth Care Assistant Supervisor in Glocester, RI. This full-time role supports dormitory operations, supervises staff, and delivers trauma-informed care to adolescent males in residential treatment.

You will lead a collaborative team, coordinate with clinicians and administrators, and ensure safety and program adherence across shifts. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1–3 years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience with RI/DCYF youth care settings.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure dormitory operations and staff supervision adhere to policies and licensing.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to staff 24/7.
• Collaborate with social work, medical, nursing, psychology and admin staff.
• Foster a safe, respectful environment with trauma-informed care.
