Job summary

Courage Worldwide, Inc. seeks a Residential Care Supervisor to oversee direct care for Courage House adolescents, ensuring safety, daily routines, and trauma-informed support under the Home Administrator’s guidance.

You will supervise residents, document services, assist with medication during shifts, coordinate meals, and maintain a clean, healthy home environment while upholding state regulations and Courage House policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR
• High school or equivalency diploma AND one year experience directly supervising youth
• Preference given to those with child development, criminology
• Must be at least 21 years of age, ambulatory, and capable of ensuring safety and supervision

Responsibilities

• Ensure individual care, safety and supervision of Courage House residents.
• Engage residents in care, safety, cleanliness and daily meals and activities.
• Develop healthy relationships with residents and support treatment plans.
• Handle incidents and crises professionally and complete required paperwork.
