Children's Attention Home in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a dedicated Youth Care Specialist to support residents aged 13–20 in a safe, nurturing home based on trauma‑informed care principles.

The role includes supervising daily activities, assisting with living skills, and leading therapeutic and educational engagements. Flexible hours (full-time, part-time, and PRN) are available to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (additional education preferred).
• Prior experience with youth in residential or related settings required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet physical demands.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision and care for residents during daily routines.
• Support youth with independent living skills and treatment goals.
• Lead age-appropriate, therapeutic, recreational, and educational activities.
• Accompany residents to appointments and activities.
• Monitor behavior and assist with behavior modification plans.
• Complete shift notes, logs, and reports.
• Respond to crises using trauma-informed techniques.
• Participate in daily household tasks to maintain a safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.
