Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, supervision, and support to youth in a 24/7 residential setting.
• Build trusting, professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries.
• Foster a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment that promotes emotional regulation, social development, and positive behavior.
• Monitor safety, respond to crisis situations using de-escalation techniques.
• Accurately complete shift notes, medication documentation, incident reports.
• Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care.
• Participate in required trainings and maintain a professional presence on every shift.
