Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Valid driver’s license – class C or D.
• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a shift of DSP staff while maintaining ratio.
• Create and maintain a safe, therapeutic treatment milieu.
• Ensure youth safety, structure, and daily engagement.
• Coach and support staff to promote teamwork and professionalism.
• Monitor daily programming and intervene to prevent crises.
• Document care, complete shift notes, and follow treatment plans.
• Support meals, chores, and unit upkeep.
