Job summary

Qualifications

• QMHA certification by MHACBO or QMHA-R within 14 days of hire.
• Complete Oregon Wraparound Foundations Training within 6 months.
• Obtain Oregon CANS 0.5–2.0 and 6–20 2.0 certificates within 30 days.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• Pass criminal history checks per ORS 181.536-181.537 and OAR 407.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with community partners and MCCFL Clinical Services to engage clients in services.
• Support Wraparound process with fidelity and empower youth and families.
• Initiate parent and youth engagement and facilitate regular meetings.
• Develop and implement individualized family care plans reflecting youths’ needs.
• Coordinate with multi-system involved youth to connect to services.
