Job summary

YWCA of Western Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Visit Monitor & Intake Coordinator to support the Supervised Visitation Program in Springfield and Florence. You will conduct orientations, intake calls, and site visits, while coordinating with the Direct Care Supervisor to ensure safe, structured interactions for families.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and trauma-informed practice are essential, along with Spanish basic bilingual abilities and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Experience with survivors of violence and knowledge of trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct in-person orientation and intake calls.
• Refer families to external resources for support services.
• Monitor supervised visits and ensure safety and compliance.
