Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in victim service provision, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to navigate public and private service systems and work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents of violence and provide on-site or remote support as needed.
• Provide immediate support at hospitals, law enforcement, and courts when required.
• Develop trauma-informed case plans based on individual victim needs.
• Navigate public agency processes for victim compensation and financial assistance.
• Connect families to mental health services, youth programs, and employment resources.
• Conduct regular weekly support groups and assist during court visits or trials.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 25 participants with complete intake forms.
