Job summary

Children's Alliance Center is seeking a Victim Advocate to support victims/survivors and families through initial intakes, needs assessments, and coordinated services. The role includes education on rights, referrals for protective orders, housing, and transportation, plus ongoing case management.

You will work with partners to schedule forensic interviews and ensure timely access to services. Strong communication, data entry, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires experience with community or client services, effective communication in diverse settings.
• Experience with data entry and basic computer databases.
• English fluency; Spanish desirable for accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and conduct initial intake with victims/survivors and families.
• Provide screening tools and refer to mental health resources as needed.
• Coordinate with partner agencies for forensic interviews and medical evaluations.
• Enter client information into tracking systems and maintain files.
• Assist with outreach, training, and community events.
