Common Ground is hiring a Victim Response and Readiness Navigator to support statewide Victim Response programs with trauma-informed navigation, advocacy, and recovery assistance. The role involves outreach, trainings, and coordination with emergency management, law enforcement, and community partners.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Travel across Michigan is expected to fulfill trainings and response needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience considered.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience providing trauma-informed services and advocacy preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide trauma-informed, victim-centered support to individuals, families, and communities.
• Assess needs and connect individuals to behavioral health supports, resources, and referrals.
• Assist with outreach, preparedness planning, and program development.
• Travel throughout Michigan to support trainings, events, and deployments.
• Collaborate with emergency management, law enforcement, and community partners.
