Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in education, social services, human resources or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience conducting training.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience creating training curricula/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to the Training Coordinator and Training Specialist.
• Oversees planning, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives.
• Oversee trauma-informed care certifications and practices across the agency.
• Ensures training programs meet regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Develops and implements learning initiatives to enhance staff skills and productivity.
