Job summary

CTS Health is seeking an Outpatient Therapist & Clinical Lead in Gastonia, NC to provide trauma-informed clinical care to individuals affected by human trafficking and other complex issues. Responsibilities include individual and group therapy, advocacy, and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree, appropriate licensure, and experience in trauma care.

This position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 and an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active state licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience working with trauma survivors.
• Experience facilitating group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual trauma-informed counseling to survivors.
• Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCA).
• Facilitate weekly group therapy sessions.
• Coordinate referrals for housing, medical care, etc.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
