Job summary

RYSE Wellness LLC is seeking an Associate Mental Health Therapist (AMFT / ASW / APCC) for a full-time, on-site role at our residential treatment program in Fallbrook. You will conduct assessments, participate in treatment planning, and provide individual therapy under qualified supervision, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The position emphasizes trauma-informed care, evidence-based approaches, and translating treatment goals into practical residential strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field.
• Foundational skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and documentation.
• Active registration in CA AMFT, ASW, or APCC in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in biopsychosocial assessments, clinical formulation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision.
• Provide individual therapy and facilitate psychotherapy groups; participate in family work when appropriate.
• Use trauma-informed approaches; familiarity with CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, CPT, or EMDR is valued.
• Support risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention with supervision.
• Collaborate with nursing, psychiatry, case management, families, and outside providers.
