Prosperous Health seeks an Associate Therapist (AMFT or ACSW) to provide individual, group, and family therapy within the California registration scope. The role includes supervision and case consultation to help accrue licensure hours while delivering trauma‑informed, client‑centered care in a growing behavioral health platform.

The position emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adherence to clinical guidelines, and ongoing professional development in a supportive environment

Formación

• Master's degree and CA registration as AMFT or ACSW, with progress toward licensure.
• Experience with outpatient mental health or SUD treatment is preferred.
• Strong documentation, risk assessment, and treatment-planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and risk assessments appropriately.
• Provide individual therapy and group therapy per supervision guidelines.
• Facilitate family and collateral sessions when appropriate.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with client needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.
