Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling seeks an Associate Therapist to provide direct care for a diverse caseload in California. You will complete notes, attend weekly supervision, and receive operational support in the office and in clinical consultation.

Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with supervisors to ensure high-quality client care. Hours include evenings and weekends as needed, with on-site work four days per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CA BBS registration as AMFT, ASW, or APCC.
• Direct care and caseload management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning and care for own caseload across the lifespan.
• Review and sign treatment notes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor and Regional Practice Director.
• Maintain high-quality client care and timely documentation.
