Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling in California is seeking an Associate Therapist to provide direct client care with weekly supervision and clinical support. You will manage your own caseload across the lifespan in a clinician-led, collaborative practice.

Must hold a CA AMFT/ASW/APCC registration and be able to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours as needed. The position is 31 hours per week onsite, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid registration with the CA BBS as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC in California
• Invested interest in providing direct care
• Able to work prime time hours for clients including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed
• Proficient computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRs
• Excellent written and verbal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning and care for own caseload across the lifespan
• Review and sign treatment notes
• Working collaboratively with Clinical Supervisor & Regional Practice Director
• Collaborates with other departments within the practice to maintain and provide great client care experience for client(s)
• Follows established clinical protocols and procedures at all times
• Represents the practice in a positive and professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned
