Job summary

St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center South Campus seeks a Therapeutic Service Worker for our Client Work Program.

This full-time role monitors clients and the CWP workflows, ensuring safety and efficiency in the Warehouse, Workshop, and Ceramics Room. The position requires compassion, a trauma-informed approach, professional conduct, and the ability to document client behavior with clinical insight; strong communication and independence are valued, with Missouri State benefits and a competitive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years related experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of disabilities and rehabilitation needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and efficiency in the Warehouse, Workshop, and Ceramics Room.
