Job summary

Victory Programs is seeking a Supportive Services Manager in Boston to lead the daily operations of the Boston Living Center, ensuring trauma-informed, dignified social services for vulnerable populations. The role oversees staff, coordinates housing, health, and benefits navigation, and maintains compliant, data-driven service delivery with a strong focus on client safety and engagement.

Qualifications

• Masters in social work, human services, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience leading and coordinating complex social service programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct service staff (3 case managers + Peer Recovery and Reentry Specialist) and oversee service delivery.
• Oversee intake, eligibility, and client data management.
• Develop individualized service plans and coordinate housing, benefits navigation, and health services.
• Coordinate staff training, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure program coverage.
• Develop and implement policies and best practices for human service delivery.
• Collaborate on events, outreach, and education for members.
